Fortunately there are a couple brave yet stupid souls here who have shouldered the responsibility of keeping the Simpire history intact. Unfortunately, the original author of the work probably tossed himself into a wood chipper feet first for maximum pain. Looks like I need to make a motion to perhaps secure funds for a Community Manager position for Wednesday's round table chat so they can address these types of questions.

I think the citizen number is number of CIG registered accounts, and the fleet number is the number of jpegs owned. Shitizens like to divide the citizen numbers by the total funds to get an expensive but not out of this world average of ~$80 per backer. But plenty of accounts don't have a jpeg, and whales hog scores of jpegs so even fleet isn't accurate. I think the average spend per shitizen is way higher than people imagine. We see so many $1000+ backers that it's barely notable anymore. I get that we'll see the biggest loonies making the funniest posts but still. I think the average spend is way over $100.

No expanded play area or major gameplay features from what I can tell. But at least the jpeg should sell well. Give them a few hundred monthly patches and they might have something resembling a game.
