How do we make games not suck for 75 minutes before they get good? I wish they'd try designing a rule for that.

I quite like the idea of hockey style penalties for shootouts. We might get to see players breakdown and cry halfway to the area instead of closing their eyes and blasting it like they do now.

its also a good alternative when a ref thinks a challenge should get a booking but a second yellow is harsh
