I recently purchased my little kid brother one of these for his birthday! It was the worst to put together, but a good present and he was happy so I'm happy. I hope he enjoys it for many years to come as he enters the Australian school system where shootings don't occur. I purchased myself some hard shell luggage as I'm about to do an exchange for my economics degree in London. It should be fun there, learning how to be a roadman and spit grime bars. Plus when I make new friends the chance of them getting randomly shot by police is minimal as the police don't have guns on them in most instances! I bought this MTN DVSN rucksack as well, its pretty handy and has space for my laptop. A good alternative to a backpack as its easily accessible and looks a bit less childish. P.S. Guns are for losers who were bullied in school. http://www.mtndvsn.com/

i loving love guns, as well as other things that are mechanical and potentially fatal to use (cars helicopters etc.) but the open carry movement and 2nd amendment activists have conjured up an image of gun enthusiasts as a bunch of pussies hiding in their fortified homes with their towers of ammunition peeking through the blinds and waiting for big gubmint or black people or brown people turning up on their doorstep and too afraid to step out of their homes in suburbia without a loving assault rifle and a 'go-bag' stuffed with more poo poo than an actual soldier carries in the helmand province guns are like plaid shirts or beards; you might look good in them, but any positive is cancelled out and then some because the instant anyone sees you in it you become just another wanker e:for content eagle creek no matter what duffel in small and canary, for the gym and short trips abroad LUBE UP YOUR BUTT has a new favorite as of 09:05 on Aug 7, 2015 |

Old boots for 30€. They need some leather conditioner especially around seams and welt, and a good polish, but both insole and outsole are in good condition. Now I only need some baggy trousers (I don't know the proper word), like this:

Is it ok for me to like guns because of their engineering and design precision, but to have no intention or fantasy of murdering anyone (even animals)? edit: It just dawned on me, but aren't most autists bothered by loud noises?

Flash Gordon Ramsay posted:Is it ok for me to like guns because of their engineering and design precision, but to have no intention or fantasy of murdering anyone (even animals)? I was thinking about this the other day: there is very little left in the consumer world that is made by machining fine bits of metal. Virtually everything we use/fondle is made of press-fit plastic. Even cars have the engines under plastic covers - out of sight and a lot of it is bits of electrical connectors and thermoplastic. Hell, even my power tools are mostly plastic. When was the last time you held something made of machined metal? I'm looking around my house and can only think of my pro socket set that has bits of metal that are polished and fit together mechanically.

Apple's laptops and phones are all machined, though not entirely of course.

Ihmemies posted:Today. My Nikon F and F2 cameras and various lenses for them. That's my point: Last manufactured in 1980. Now handle a D810 and see if you can find a bit that isn't plastic and that uses mechanics, rather than electrical contacts. Probably only the lens mount and lens-release button qualify. Fayez Butts posted:Apple's laptops and phones are all machined, though not entirely of course. True.
