I'm reading Shards of Earth now. Definitely more adventure-space-opera in tone than Children's rundown melancholy; it has a lot of really fun scenes. I'm enjoying Space Australia in paticular.

I'm enjoying Space Australia in paticular. I just watched Quinns Idea's on that series, and it really intrested me. I forgot he was the same writer who had the intelligent jumping spiders. I love any sci fi that has some great unknown thing out there that is beyond anything the characters know or understand.
