One thing I don't think I care for too much is the dirtbag aesthetic the shows have. Everything always looks so grimey

see I like that grittiness. The ultra sleekness of WWE is one of the things that make me unable to watch their shows.

The first 4 shows in april. I've seen Hobbs wrestle 2 times. Watched a match of his from back in Feburary. The dude is a very good big man wrestler.

Not specifically just OSW but I'm surprised that it turns out the people who make fun of the standard WrestleCrap™ stuff of the '90s and even the '00s don't actually have good taste in wrestling.

Funny thing is, Wrestlecrap itself has been very fair to AEW to the point that people used to give them poo poo about being biased. As of right now, the only inductions about AEW are:

- The first Casino Battle Royale
- The Librarians
- Matt Hardy vs. Sammy Guevara
- The exploding barbed wire botch
- Wardlow vs. 20 security guards (which I enjoyed, but I understand)
- Marina Shafir's promo
- Arcade Anarchy
- Kingston vs. Jericho in a barbed wire shark cage match
- Michael Nakazawa vs. Alex Jebailey
- Cody Rhodes vs. Anthony Ogogo
- 2023 Halloween costumes, which only qualifies for that weird Dave Meltzer Young Bucks costume
- Brandi Rhodes vs. Dave Lambert promo
- The early Dark Order run-in with the hilarious fake punches
- CM Punk in AEW (which is very anti-Punk, seemingly because RD Reynolds has had personal run-ins with Punk or is friends with people who have)
- The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Death Match

Outside of Arcade Anarchy, that all seems fair.

Always remember that the former President was dumber than the dumbest person you've ever met by a wide margin

Before Hobbs was aligned with Team Taz he had a match with Darby (I think the story may have been that Taz was going to pay him if he beat Darby really badly) and yelled out "I'm sorry, I NEED this!" as he started beating up Darby. He was just a jobber at the time but that really stuck with me, this was somebody who understood his character really well and understood WHY he'd be having this match with Darby. Have been a fan ever since.

The Jebailey match was hilarious but I can understand it if you're not into the FGC. I loved that they did a themed show at a con and really want more of that.

I learned about mewing from a podcast. It's a thing incels are doing to try to get a better jawline or something from holding your tongue a certain way pressed against the roof of your mouth. Locking in I'm not sure about.
