What is ya'lls proest meal prep recipes?

Put large-ish pieces of meat in oven with salt and pepper only

Make a pot of rice or whatever fluff you like

Buy bulk leafy greens and vegetables, eat fresh / grill respectively

This is my cooking on easy mode. The meat can be consumed as is or in other dishes (curries, stir fries, etc), I usually make rice or potatoes or beets, and I like a lot of vegetables so I eat whatever I have around. I don't like prepping ahead but this way I don't see why it couldn't be portioned.

I usually make a enormous cauldron of stew every sunday, and make portions of that for lunch and finner for seven consecutive days. It's easy to make large batches even in poorly equipped or small kitchens, and incredibly easy to manager calories and macros.
Usually I go with a base style, like chili, beef stew, fish stew, curry, etc. and add about 2-3000g of meat, then about 500-1000g of lentils and quinoa, and then finish up with whatever amount of root veggies or rice I want to reach sensible carb levels, all in the same pot. Add fistfulls of salt and spices. Whatever veggies that are in season goes in the pot too, or as sides.
I am however like a dog in the way that I always am glad to see food, even if it is the same thing as always.

A well done squat at a lower weight will always be better than a crappy squat at a higher weight.

Luckily it comes as a tshirt, I hacked the sleeves off. Comes as a tank as well if you want.

On the topic of clothing: do y’all have a preferred T-shirt/vneck vendor? I need some fall wear and don’t want to be confined to button downs and blazers.

Hi me. I'm just about to retire my 2016 turquoise Grand Turk sunset shirt, I've got a hole in either armpit. It served a good run. I'm going to replace it in the rotation with my 2018 US Capitol shirt- I've lost enough weight so that my belly won't pop out while doing overhead press. Win!

I've got two t-shirts that I got at a scout camp in 2001, and they are still going strong. It is incredible. I suppose the technology required to create garments of that caliber has since been lost in the mists of time though. Nowadays shirts that are only a few years old quickly turn so hella wispy a spider covets
