Chrome's English translation of that page is... interesting. "Vermont rave a ferocious crowd - the top skipper was removed by ambulance" title "Horses and Torvisee were still killing other whales. The ambulance drove a couple of minutes to the accident. " Hopefully everyone turned out ok. Even the whales.

I had to download an obscure Comedy Central movie to make this, but it's from one of the funniest scenes I've ever seen:

Japan World Cup is not a game, from what I understand its just wacky videos that play in a bar so people have something to bet on while they drink. Or something close to that, I don't know I don't speak Japanese and its been years since I tracked them down.

But with synchronized swimming. They are mesmerizing, beautiful and terrifying at the same time.

Brazilianpeanutwar posted:Can you imagine if you were at the bottom and suddenly all the lights went off? brrrrrr :S Fun anecdote, a human body becomes negatively buoyant at somewhere between 15 and 25 meters if the lungs are mostly empty. So if you were about half way down the pool and passed out, you would just sink to the bottom and sit there. Skippy McPants has a new favorite as of 17:39 on Sep 4, 2017 |

I thought was a Cali thing till I moved to Washington. Had a week of smoke from Canada 2 weeks ago as bad as anything I've seen growing up in San Diego. Which is say a lot. There's a strip of climate/environment all North America tall that just loves to burn. Bombadilillo has a new favorite as of 20:38 on Sep 4, 2017 |

The whole west coast loves to catch fire, but the difference with California is population density, especially in SoCal. People don't pay much attention when it's mostly uninhabited wilderness that's on fire, but when stuff they care about—like themselves—starts to smolder then they make all kinds of fuss.
