So wait, if I understand correctly, this is going to give us a bunch of ECM charges. I mean 6 seconds is 6 seconds but is this going to make chain ECM even more huge and fiddly? Since now we can bring an absurd number into a heist if you include the mini-ECMs plus grenade pickups? Or will the grenade pickups not refresh the mini-ECMs?

Grenade pickups and fully loaded aced do not recharge throwables that run on a timer. The mini ECMs only have a duration of 6 seconds and you can't increase the duration further. I don't see them having any role in a stealth heist unless you wanted to bring them along just to briefly block cameras or something while saving your actual ECMs for chaining or other uses. Also, they have a recharge time of 100 seconds that only goes down from getting kills which would make them pretty useless in an ECM chain. They're clearly designed for loud usage as a constant source of portable feedback.

Pour the baileys and blue curacao into two seperate shot glasses either side of the cocktail glass. Set light the concoction in the cocktail glass and start to drink through a straw (this drink should be drunk in one). As the bottom of the glass is reached put out the fire by pouring the baileys and blue curacao into the cocktail glass and keep drinking till it's all gone. No garnish.
