One day, maybe a few years from now, the Lions will acquire a running back who understands the importance of progressing the ball fowards, rather than sideways or backwards. Running forwards and towards the endzone will net you 6 (potentially 7) points. Jim Bob Cooter and the RB coaches still cannot fathom this concept.
