Move Orders for the Gentleman's Club Advance towards the objective monk via the left stairwell. Keep pace with the Royal Society, do not race. precise position not too important. If fired upon or assaulted, return fire at the leader of the firing faction if in range, the closest unit of the firing faction if the leader is not in range. Keep pace with the Gentleman's Club, careful to not arrive at the monk before them. If fired upon by anyone, return fire with MG orphans and charge with Master Tentacular and the steam knight. Keep Dr. Westman alive at all costs!

The Iron Chancellor will shout out, "Stay calm, citizens! I will deal with these terrorists!" Then everyone will charge through the door into car 1 and open fire on the leader of the terrorists, marked with the red target.

I have to note that the determining moves and shooting in the same action is a nerf to shooting in a game that already favors melee on all but the most open of maps. Which suits me just fine. sullat posted:The Iron Chancellor will shout out, "Stay calm, citizens! I will deal with these terrorists!" I shout out "Get out of the way, the Germans are attacking!", but in Russian. "Fix bayonets! Charge!" "Активируйте магнитное устройство!" Everyone on my team runs giving up their chance to shoot this turn. I run south and engage the Chancellor's team, trying to tie up as many of their shooters with the Immortals, while the good doctor runs in from the side and engages in fistycuffs with the impostor calling himself a doctor. Oh, if only there were someone who could engage the Chancellor with an electric weapon. Alas, alas. my dad fucked around with this message at 19:41 on Jan 10, 2016 |

: Hon hon hon! Ze plan has gone off without a hitch! Is everyone ready? : Of course, sir. You will get your contract's worth in battle, I assure you. : Yeah, yeah, I'm ready to go. Can't believe I was talked into this kind of work... : We's ready to 'it those 'ooligans to death, suh! : Excellent! Remember, kill all the guards in our way and I will throw in a bonus! Move my forces like this, as far down the sides of the train as they can go. The thug on the left will shoot the soldier on the left, the thugs on the right will shoot the soldiers on the right, Marceau will shoot at the officer on the left, Vulture will shoot at the officer on the right, and Kosun will run towards the enemy car until he is in melee range.

In keeping with this seeming display of brotherley helpfulness between beings of all constructions, the Exhibition will likewise be taking a nice casual stroll up those right stairs and towards the monk, keeping well in step with the other factions present. We have no attack orders in this place of peace.

However, they are missing a mook and inferno joe! ... Who doesn't have a token, come to think of it and uhhh just make him a shaded red mook I dunno.

Oh no, I didn't even pay attention to those nerds up there, just the french ones. WELL IN THAT CASE ORDERS ARE DIFFERENT. Halcutta Brigade; everyone but David the BOSS will move to melee with the communist belligerents, who they've been making eyes at across the cars. I mean, eyeing their fellow passengers, too, given everyone is well armed but those blokes seemed to have ideas in mind so whatever. The various Brigands will proceed to divy up their forces as best as possible so that no one is "wasted" on a model, as I believe there is a maximum number of dudes who can tussle an enemy dude but I forget such. Pistoleer Jane will, additionally, attempt to tag two dudes so she can melee-gunslinger two people at once. PS pistols are great. Speaking of, the mooks will have pistols out, obv, not their carbines. Kinda useless in melee, those. The boss will remain in the back and marksman shoot Stalin, as he has a machine gun and is thus a tosser.

The Great Russian Train Robbery MOVEMENT No sooner has the train stopped, then chaos erupts on board. The Gordon Dragis Gang are the first to make their move. One of the gang breaks into the dynamite care and grabs a crate of dynamite. The heavy case take up both hands and stop him from running, but he's got enough explosives to give his entire gang dynamite grenades or start blasting away at the ice barrier. Bismarck lives up to his reputation as the "Iron Chancellor." With his brutally-strong Steam Fist, he rips his carriage's door off it's hinges and punches his way into the next carriage. His battle-hardened Electro-Truppen follow, their Arc Rifles sizzling with energy. Lenin's Bolsheviks head for the Halcutta Brigands, weapons at the ready. Trotsky uses his half-smoked stub of a cigarette and lights up two fire bottles. Alarmed by these wild-eyed Bolsheviks, the passengers in the car quickly get out of the way. One traveler doesn't move fast enough. Stalin shoves him hard with his machine gun, knocking the stunned traveler to the ground. Fidgetty Johnson catches sight of the commotion through the carriage windows. Swinging his his Beatstick, he yells, "come on, boys!" The gunslingers draw their six-shooters and go charging off to meet the Bolsheviks. This ain't the first time they've had to fight on a train, that's fer sure. Behind them, the clanking old walker sputters to life, belching steam and smoke as Carl and his rusty machine rush to catch up. Professor Karpechenko looks up from his dog-eared notebook just in time to see Bismarck's Kaiser Wilhelm walker smash the far end of his carriage into kindling. The Professor jots down a last note in his book, smiles and stands. Surprisingly spry for an old man, the unarmed Professor rushes towards the Prussians. His Immortals lower their bayonets and follow him, yelling a blood-curdling "UUUURAAAHHH!!!" Marceau's men jump from their carriage and proceed down the sides of the train. The French ruffians look around for Russian soldiers to shoot, but all they can hear are the sounds of the battle near them and the chatter of the now-alerted Russians at the rear of the train. The Seven Samurai are either cowards or wise men. Running away from the battle, they head towards the engine, katanas and pistols in hand. Ahead, they can see the Russian train guards desperately trying to turn their machinegun turret to bear. Suddenly, Bismarck's Kaiser Wilhelm Walker jerks in a new direction. The massive steering walker careens out of the carriage. Red-faced and fuming, Bismarck scrambles to regain control, but the walker refuses to respond. Swearing, the walker stumbles eastwards, it's Arc Generator barely in range of the Electro-Truppen rifles. Is this bad luck? Sabotage? FIRING Dismayed at their Chancellor's sudden misfortune, the Electro-troopers fire a hasty barrage or Arc fire. Electricity crackles as the carriage fills with unleashed lightning as the Prussians try to gun down the Professor. The mad doctor must lead a charmed life. Every shot misses him. Before their rifles can recharge, the professor and Immortals are locked in melee with the Huns. Lenin and Trotsky heave their firebottles at the clanking Brigand walker. Trotsky's grenade sputters out and fails to explode. Lenin is luckier. Years of street violence pays off. His firebomb lands just behind the walker, spraying the Brigands' carriage with flame. A raging fire instantly starts in the carriage. By some miracle, the two outlaws escape unharmed, although the choking smoke and rising flames blind them. The Boss can't see clearly enough to get a shot off. (you got really, really unlucky here. Two 1s on your roll to hit...) Stalin blasts the oncoming Brigands with a wall of gunfire, but in the smoke and confusion, his shots go wide. Trying to run and fire a Maxim gun isn't easy, you know, comrade. The Brigands respond with a fusillade of their own. Pistoleer Jane sticks her Schofield Model 3s in Trotsky's chest and pulls the triggers. His crude body armor deflects one bullet, but the other .45 slug punches right through and heads for his heart. Lucky for him, he kept his Party membership card and a flask of vodka in his breast pocket. Trosky has the wind knocked out of him, but he'll live. Ducking the Georgian's barrage, a Mook snaps off a shot at Stalin, but the hasty snapshot and the gunsmoke filling the carriage make him miss wide. Fidgetty Johnson lower and shakily aims his pepperbox pistol at Lenin. He scores a hit! But Lenin's breastplate, the pride of socialist labor, is too much for his puny pistol to handle. Note: For those you curious about why there were so many misses, IHMN uses Armour vs. 1d10 + Shooting Value + Weapon Bonus + or - Penalties to calculate hits. Everyone shooting was getting hit with -2 movement penalties, since their characters were moving, plus -2 penalties for shooting moving targets or -4 penalties for shooting running targets. With engines roaring, a blood-red zeppelin lands in the Temple courtyard. Atop the airship, you see two gunners swinging a Gatling gun towards you. Two groups of masked men spill from the airship. They carry rifles and you see the unmistakable silhouette of men with flamethrowers. Brave men to carry such weapons on an airship... From all sides of the Temple, orange-clad monks appear. Gordon leans out the window with all the sounds of shoots, explosions and arc weapons firing. "Well, that's just peachy. Looks like this will be more difficult than I hoped. Well, time to get moving." (Did you mean moving orders, or are we shooting first this time?) (I see. Palyu Temple, Gentleman's Club "Those blighters in the airship are disrespecting our hosts! Not approaching on foot, pointing machineguns at the monks, unacceptable! Protect the Monastery! Safeguard the monks! Professor Duquesne, get as many of those ones emerging from the central pagoda under our Magneto-Static Barrier as you can! Mr. Jiggins, get in range to clear their decks! Mr. Godmanchester, aim for that big group there! Movement: AD and Mr. J (The two on the west end of the line, taking north as the top of the map) advance for the full 6 square move diagonally northeast towards the airship. This should bring at least some of the central pagoda monks under the 10 armor protection of AD's Barrier. WG and EG (the two on the east of the line) hold position. Shooting AD will fire the Arc Cannon at the western machinegunner. WG will fire the Hunting Rifle at the eastern machinegunner. EG will fire at the group of 5 in base to base contact on the north of the airship.
