it's because like sh/sc windows thread posters they believe Apple's main reason for success is largely marketing and customer relations rather than how the actual finished product works as a whole

it's the same reasoning behind pricing the SurfaceRT at the same (higher) price than an iPad, because they spent a lot of time designing it (badly) - how it actually works in practice is secondary
