the pillars games were my obsession for a few months, played through the both of them back to back. i just finished icewind dale on my tablet so i scratched that CRPG itch for a bit, and also finished KOTOR and chrono trigger for the Xth time. i've been playing stardew valley and FF4 3D since. i know the latter was pretty divisive but i liked the way some boss fights got changed up, idk i'm easy to please.

I also recently (? after the pandemic, anyway) went through the Pillars games back-to-back although I did it three times before I wore out. Kept playing on harder and harder difficulties and finally got to the second game on the second hardest difficulty, looked at who I had yet to party with and went "oh wow there's no way I'm getting good team comp here" and was free of the spell. Really wish the guy from across the sea and the woman who cut off her soul were full party members.

It doesn't really matter since that part is supposed to be hidden anyway and you shouldn't dedicate UV space to the back and top of the head, but that feels like someone rushed to finish the mapping. If I was reviewing work and got that handed in to me, I'd ask for it to be fixed before giving my approval if I felt ornery that day!

I’m the rear end in a top hat playing Diablo Immortals and enjoying it. It’s like Diablo 3 in a lot of ways, particularly where they relaxed the number porn but you still get that mad endorphin rush when set lootz drop. Got some plots and plans in the works that I hope pan out.

i just found out omar gooding had a pretty prominent role on deadwood and despite watching it like four times i never recognized him as omar gooding, and that got me watching some wild and crazy kids, and that got me thinkin'. you know what would be loving funny? if they did wild and crazy kids but with like the most brutal japanese-style wipeout course. omar gooding sheepingly askin' a cute little kid how old he is and what color is his favorite then sacrificing him to get slammed in the face with a boxing glove and catapulted 40 feet

that reminded me how much I loved the Nickelodeon Games and Sports (GAS) channel. could watch Wild and Crazy Kids, Double Dare, Guts and Nick Arcade reruns all day. is there a Justin.tv stream or a Pluto channel or whatever Justin.tv morphed into when it assuredly died that I can watch Nick Games and Sports

i loved Nick Games and Sports too. There was a show on there where you could watch Mike O'Malley losing his will to live in real time. You get an early episode he's like, "AWOAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH ITS A DAAAAAILY DOUBLEEEEE" and right after that you'd get an end-of-series episode where he'd be like, "alright, loving god drat daily piece of poo poo double"
