I will now admit I was wrong about Dogma's brimstone being easy to dodge because I just got a Tainted Lost run to him and for absolutely no reason his brimstone just loving turned 90 degrees in less than a second and double tapped me, something I've literally never seen before and so surprising I didn't have time to use one of my TWO holy cards oh wow I'm mad. I was diagonal from him and everything he just didn't switch directions like he's supposed to!?!?

I learned the hard way tonight that rather than making them easier, as one would hope, ludo actually stops working properly during the Beast boss rush and continually resets its position to be right behind your sprite so you regularly lose track of when you're doing damage and everything takes three times as long and then you die just before the Beast enters its death animation and go to bed mad

Probably not the most original argument, but I still feel like the armored bosses with fight patterns (like The Beast) are really out of place in boi. Here I am getting to the Beast with Lilith with Habit, the best possible familiar collection and insta-clear levels of damage and it still takes ages to even kill the Harbingers. Ironically it was actually my damage that screwed my run (along with my relative inexperience against The Beast) because with so many familiars and projectiles on screen it's pretty hard to dodge stuff  . And that's the thing, armor forces me to look for hp sustaining items rather than raw damage, which sucks big time. I'll probably never waste a run with Wafer and mediocre damage while runs with 48 dps and no life regen are way more challenging because your dps counts for poo poo in the end.

Just had a run where I suddenly had harbinger familiars in the Satan fight despite not having 7 Seals. They left when I entered the chest to Dark Room. Is there any other item that would just randomly give them to me because I'm stumped

I installed the no-timers mod because I'm having a hell of a time getting to hush or boss rush, I'm always a couple minutes short. I already fully completed every post-it on the PS4 version, and now with over 600 hours on the PC, I kinda just want to get poo poo unlocked in as few attempts as possible.

The Exorcist, those 5 enemies you briefly see at the beginning of the Heretic fight before he turns them into Fanatics. You can’t get the entry no matter what you do at the moment. They were normal enemies in Antibirth but you can’t fight them in Repentance and somehow killing one during the Heretic’s intro doesn’t count.
