The Wrestlemania match was weird, like it was the first half of an epic struggle, only they didn't get to the struggle.

An F5 onto a pile of chairs was an awesome way to finish that match, but it just came so suddenly. Like the buildup, booking, and finish to the match were great on paper but the actual match wasn't given nearly enough time

The worst part about that match was Dean not even using the barbed wire bat, especially after Foley talked about how much he liked Dean and how intense the promo where he gave it to him was.

And the chainsaw spot consisted of Dean trying and failing to start the chainsaw, and then (IIRC) swinging it at Brock and missing. Not that I expected the stupid chainsaw to get legit use, but the way they handled it made Dean look inept.

The chainsaw was a loving stupid idea from the get go and for what the build looked like all they needed was Terry Funk endorsing him and possibly reminding him of the barbed wire 2x4 they didn't even end up loving using.
