We serve Monkey Bite's at the bar I used to work at, but they're a pain in the petoot to make. 3oz. Bailey's 3oz 99 Banana's 3oz. Amaretto 3oz. Kahlua 3oz. Bacardi Banana You serve them in a tall glass, and put a tiny umbrella, or if my boss isn't around, a monkey from the monkey in a barrel game. they also cost like 20-30$ I think? cuz it's basically 10 shots in a glass. I totally agree with you on that point, and I can't honestly say where I fall on the whole sweet v traditional because my favorite drink is Mint Julep, followed by an Old Fashioned, still people love the sweet drinks, and there are so many variants. Like last night, I made my girlfriend and Little Sheila's and it was AMAZING 4oz Kahlua 4oz Meyer's Rum 4oz Peppermint Schnapps (Served over cracked ice.) ---------------- |
