i just installed office 2013 SP0 and there were 84 important updates in windows updates i figured some must be dupes so i install just SP 1 now it's up to 111 nevermind, 27 of those updates are for the standalone word and powerpoint viewers, still a shitload of updates Perplx fucked around with this message at 17:28 on Mar 9, 2016 |

lol so our backup guy configured all three DCs to capture disk images at the exact same time every hour. this make dfs sysvol replication "not happy" with them all pausing at the same time at VSS's behest and it corrupted the poo poo out of some group policies. at first I thought we got hacked, but breaking random GPOs is a dumb way to hack someone unless you're just trying to piss them off. went digging through the sec logs because surely modification to sysvol have default audit settings to track object modifications. Nope. Only delete events. Why? gently caress you, thats why. -MS
