Yano had a legit good match with Tanahashi in the G-1. And I hate Tanahashi most of the time!

Slowly making my way through it. The first match definately dilvered, and the Team Apollo/Suzuki against Team No Mercy is awesome.

If only Pink Gordy could add Hama on a permanent basis. In DDT news, this year's Beer Garden Digest has clips from an 8-Man Halloween Havoc Electric Chair Match. God bless this company.

It wasn't a tribute show, DDT has a week of Beer Garden shows every year where the wrestlers cook and sell food and everybody gets drunk and every night is booked by different guys. Then they compress a week's worth of madness into one hour of TV, so sadly it's all just clips. I usually download shows from DVDR, though the guy who posts the links there gets them from the same source as everyone else (RUDOS, specifically the guy who started capping puro for them lately).

At today's Press Confress for SMASH.21 Kana went back to her crazy roots, brought a samurai sword to the conference, and threatened Tajiri and Serena Deeb with it. On Facebook she mentioned the mafia. So anyway, here's the rest of the card: Tajiri vs Akira (Single Tournament Finals) STARBUCK vs VENENO Serena vs Kana (Diva Tournament Finals) Ayumi Kurihara & Ray vs Syuri & Makato ULTIMO DRAGON/Mentallo/Yusuke Kodama vs Hajime Ohara/BLACK BUFFLO/YO-HEY Takuya Kito vs Mio Shirai Genichiro Tenryu vs Mitsuo Momota (Because SMASH needs more immobile old men fighting)

During the peak Puro years of the mid nineties, when was New Japan at its peak? Been checking out AJPW from that era and it is so good, I thought I should check out the competition.

Just watched the 666 show I picked up from the ludicrous IVP sale. I forget sometimes how fun wrestling can be when you don't know who anyone is or what's going on. Turn out the night's matches were all a lead up to a shoot elimination sumo tournament. For the 666 Thomas the Tank engine championship. If people are interested I'll gif the show.

Stuff of note: -Masato Tanaka vs Necro just happened in Zero1 -Tozawa is getting a title shot at Mochizuki, though I have my doubts about his chances -Akiyama is challenging Suwama for the Triple Crown -My sites have google ads and I'm telling everyone to NOT spam the clicks, click every day, etc, since I was banned by google a few years ago and I want to be careful. Right now it's looking like the ads will pay for the hosting!
