Then brush his jacket aside to make sure you could see the NES Zapper tucked into a shoulder holster without breaking his polite smile. You will not be returning from that ride.

I've only been able to play for a while, but Tank Troopers seems pretty fun. It's a weird mix of Overwatch and Mario Kart that works surprisingly well. You can steer and aim with the circle pad and accelerate/decelerate like in Mario Kart with the A and B buttons. You can also auto accelerate or decelerate by double tapping the d-pad directions. There's also a 360 degree firing mode toggle, which is nice when you have auto accelerate on. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the game supports the c-nub. Besides that, I'm having a lot of fun with a shooter that doesn't cramp my hands like Kid Icarus.

My goodness. Fantasy Life takes a while if you are a completionist. I'm at 8/12 lives and still trying to get them all set up and levelled a bit. I think it's because you are often given a task where you have to go back to the same location multiple times.

I took it apart, cleaned it a bit and put it back together. It didn't work. I blew in it and it started working, temporarily at least. I guess it'll be fine for playing Zelda with. I'll order a new shoulder button to replace it when I give it back to my nephew, or maybe find some rubbing alcohol and compressed air to do the job properly.

How many games do you guys own for your systems? I made a shopping list of games for 3DS and they really add up quick. Even on ebay when it's just the cartridge itself, they seem to hold their value.

Things like the Best Buy sales the other day easily filled spots in my collection. I couldn't even say the number of smaller digital only titles I have. E: Also, that's probably a good tip to share. If you're not a diehard Pokemon fan, wait and they'll be $20 on a brief sale then skyrocket to $50 for a used copy. Dehry fucked around with this message at 00:46 on Feb 17, 2017 |

Does anyone remember Go Go Kokopolo, the arcade-y, puzzle-ish DSiWare game that came out around the same time as 3DS? No? Well, the developer immediately began teasing a 3DS sequel and after 5+ years in development it's finally done and it'll be released next week in NA for $6: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3lXeCAuecAw

Quick question - I've got Dragon Quest IX and the package includes a bunch of French writing on it. I'm in the U.S. and ordered it from Walmart.com a while back. Should I be worried about this not working on U.S. DS/3DS systems? I don't know if Canadian-region DS games are a thing. Just wanna make sure before I sell it because I'd hate to accidentally screw some guy over. EDIT: VVVVVVVV Ok great, thanks! Minidust fucked around with this message at 19:08 on Feb 17, 2017 |

It's an Americas region. It'll play just fine. Plus, original DS games are region free to begin with, even if played on a different region 3DS.
|
# ? Feb 17, 2017 18:51 |
|
It's almost certainly a Canadian version of the game but yeah it'll still work fine.

EU games have EFIGS text on them, not just English and French; ESRB doesn't exist in Europe (we have PEGI); and DS games are region-free. If you see French on something North American, it's Canadian, they're required by law to do it.

I remember seeing French text on a lot of Atlus games I bought locally. I always figured they just wanted to save the trouble of printing two different versions for one region.
