Yea the guy getting cut down by an F1 car was the icing on the cake... about the only thing I could think of after watching that was it is amazing how far safety has come.

The driver died as well as the track worker. The car was basically unharmed, but the fire extinguisher the track worker was carrying bonked the driver on the head, and by bonked I mean it basically caved it in.

Comments disabled, of course. Wouldn't want to hurt the sensibilities of the morons that can't discern the whoa from the go pedal.

This guy's channel "I Do Cars" is one of my current favorites. He's got a bunch of fully-AI cars, and runs a parts shop. He does weekly engine teardowns of engines and has done everything from Honda 4 cylinders to Mercedes V12s to Viper motors. Super chill guy, good to watch.

I met Eric through fellow goon Toaster Pastry back when they were both in high school. They were both big into Neons back then. In those days I used run around junkyards pulling Honda ECU and TCU to sell on ebay, but it got to a point that I'd never find them anymore. Turns out it was Eric beating me to the punch. He turned that into a whole business. Really good guy, his brother Ryan is also very AI and they're both very involved in the STL car scene. They both also really like their Mazdas.
