There are some beautiful set-ups in this thread. I'm tempted to spend vast amounts of money once I finish university. For now, here's what I got:

- Sony STR-K670P receiver with bundled satellite speakers, which perform remarkably well.
- Sony VPH-1000 projector onto DIY screen - 90 inches of poorly-calibrated S-Video goodness!
- generic HTPC with HD tuner
- video games

I haven't finished re-assembling everything, but here's my shelf of stuff - The HTPC was cannibalized to repair another machine.


All driven by the handiest wireless keyboard I've ever used.

Like Eyecannon, I just mash the "Fn" key a couple of times and it wakes up. I don't know if which key you hit matters or not.
