Also a larger sub will inherently be less tight than a smaller one because there's more mass to move around, unless there's much more power available to drive it. Of course, using a smaller sub in a large room will not sound ideal either. Perhaps a VTF-3 Mk3.

You got those side shelves from Ikea didn't you? I would have used them myself but didn't the room. Nice setup.
