Seeing them with The Appleseed Cast in a few weeks and I've never seen either live before. Pretty pumped.

The Appleseed Cast and Caspian each put on really good performances last night. Caspian specifically sounded really loud and good.

Definitely recommend checking out that show if they're playing near you.

Somehow sleepmakeswaves put out a new album earlier this year and that completely managed to slip past me.

Goddamn this song is especially good :stare:

They're touring with Vasudeva and The Physics House Band in Europe and I am so loving jealous of anyone getting to see that show.

Vasudeva released acoustic versions of three of their songs and it's pretty rad: http://smarturl.it/3-Acoustics

Caspian are supporting Minus the Bear all throughout October, on MtB's farewell tour, so if you like both those bands...GO NUTS

I'd also posit that Caspian is a better live band, nothing against Minus the Bear.

Lotus is playing two new year's shows in Chicago on 12/30 and 12/31 that I'm going to and I just found out El Ten Eleven is opening both nights.

I'm super pumped, have never seen ETE live. I've heard they put on good live shows, yes?

Not sure if this is the right thread for Lotus (or if they even have one, self-described "post-everything band") but they surprise released a 90 minute album yesterday and it is groovy as hell.

Can you guys recommend me some more positive and upbeat noodly tunes like Vasudeva's "No Clearance" record? Something about the vibe on that album just puts me in a good mood.

Vasudeva is so loving good, and the dudes are super cool too. Obviously their first album. They played new music when I saw them a little bit ago and sounds like their next album is going to rule as well.

Holy Fawn / Vasudeva / Covet was one of the best shows I saw last year. What a lineup. All three bands kick rear end.

Yep. I understand they'd be different experiences, but they were charging the same as like Bonnaroo for 7 bands and lol

Only $38 after fees, what a loving steal in this day. I'm psyched for the Chicago show. Caspian never disappoints and I've never seen ASIWYFA
