In the next year I'm going to at least Canada, USA, USA and maybe Bali/Australia.

Now I've been trying to find insurance but every English company I look at says I have to start my travels in England and any Australia/NZ company says I have to be a resident of their country. Both things I can't do.

Does anyone have any companies they can recommend or advice on where to find some?

World Nomads is the only one that I know of that will let you extend a policy when you're travelling, or start a new policy if you've already left home.
