A command line version of Windows Update written in C# using wuapi.dll. This allows me to script updates as part of the build process for the machines we sell. I whipped this up last night, it's based off my original version which was in VBScript. I have to clean up the text and add the command line args - this was more of a proof of concept and my first time using Interop in .NET.
This seems like a really cool project. I would much rather command line update than use the windows default tool.

I posted this over in the AIR megathread, but it's about as mega as the Lisp megathread was.
collapse. It's a Samegame/Clickomania/Falldown/Chainshot clone game.
I'm going to add transition animations, sound, and figure out more about the install process next. I should note, it only took me 5 hours to write this, so I think AIR and I may become friends.

It doesn't seem to pick up metas. Doesn't the same-color thing count as "cloaking" and get you banned from AdSense?

A multiplatform player / authoring tool for visual effects / demoscene productions / any OpenGL work. Supports syncpoints
with a timeline, dynamically loading the effect files runtime (all the GL code is done with Lua) and sound hooks and playback from FMOD.
The tool consists of three parts:
- Compiled executable with FMOD interface and Lua interpreter. Pure C, ported to OSX, Linux and Windows.
- The timeline and runtime debugging features done with Lua.
- Effect code files done with Lua.
I'm probably not the only person here who would totally appreciate a video of this in action.

Shruges you should also consider that people are going to want to fly through this page with flick scrolling. If you make new posts really loving obvious it will let you scroll a lot faster and be sure you didn't miss anything.

That's really awesome. Also, I'm really impressed with your UI concept of validating so it's impossible to make a valid shader. I know it takes a lot of extra coding for small UI stuff like that, but it's so worth it when someone else has to use the app.

Valiant effort though. I just happen to get my bread from working in this business so I'm kind of keen to always point out things to people making any kind of mobile versions of anything
I guess it never really occurred to me that I was actually developing a "smartphone" version of SA, not really a "mobile" version. I have an iPhone, so I was really trying to just make it not suck on a high-latency, low-bandwidth connection. That's why it also caches every page it downloads (would probably kill most non-smartphones).

I don't know if this is all the data you want to collect, but you could also ask about biological sex.
