I made a 3 hr 20 min mix in FL studio (yes I know this is absolutely the wrong program and yes I used over 20gb of mem between 4-5 projects). I hadn't really done anything like this before, and I'm not really sure why I did it, except I thought the songs were cool and wanted to see if I could connect them. The second half is probably better than the first half, but the mix sorta goes from: chill house -> house -> tchami style deep house -> electro -> trap. It moves tempo a fair bit There are a bunch of surprises, some lovely edits, unreleased songs (I poorly cut out Pete Tong from the Zhu - Guitar ID) and rips, and a lot of mastubatory long parts. I would really appreciate if someone could listen to this because now that I finished it I really don't have anyone to show or know what to do with it. There's nothing wrong with making a 3.5 hour mix of diff genres, but to ask for people to critique it is a bit narcissistic (due to its length), especially if it was done in a DAW - where there is no excuse to not have a technically perfect mix. All you could really critique is the flow but when you're mixing 5 different random genres...

Continuing my short mixtape series - I'm working on building a 60 minute CD that's really dense and comprehensive - here's the new one. Dubstep/Hip-Hop/Future/Glitch/Pop/etc. 9 minutes nine songs. Critique is welcome - if anybody gan give me advice on how to find more listeners I'd really appreciate it. This was made in Live but it is a DJ routine I CAN do live - part of the idea is to have some short premixed segments I can play when I want to take a rest or whatever.
