Hiring I have an entry level QA / Jr. product engineer position in a telecom to fill. Primary job responsibilities would be to work with hardware and software products related to internet, WiFi, and phone/voice. Creating test plans, managing test cycles, and working with vendors on products, as well as handling escalations from employees and working with vendors on issues as needed. As this is entry level, there are no hard requirements for education or skills, but candidates with technical backgrounds, familiarity with networking, internet technologies, wireless, and VOIP telephony are a plus. Technical writing skills also a plus. Experience in any troubleshooting or technical role at an ISP would be a huge plus. Location is South-Central PA between Harrisburg and Pittsburgh. Job is not remote, some testing has to be done on site. WFH re:COVID would be primary, but applicant would have to be in our service area to do so.
