It's recruitment season for the program I am in, and I am the fall recruitment lead this year. Program Overview: The Bank Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP) is designed to develop the technical aptitude, business skills, and leadership abilities of entry-level Information Technology professionals to meet the Bank's future IT leadership needs. Program Rotation:ITLP participants rotate every six months over a two-year period to gain exposure to different areas of IT while acquiring the knowledge and experience required for assuming a challenging IT position of impact within the organization. During each rotation, ITLPs perform a variety of assigned duties and projects within their department and become familiar with the technologies and roles specific to their area. ITLP participants will have the opportunity to experience the following roles during their rotations: Project Manager, Business Analyst, Technical and Quality Assurance. Program Criteria:Qualified ITLP candidates must have a strong academic record (targeted minimum 3.0 GPA), an aptitude and interest in information technology, and an interest in pursuing a career in IT.
