Location: Northern Va/DC area Industry: Anything technical I graduated in December with a BS in Integrated Science and Technology, biotech and energy concentrations. Econ minor. I signed a job offer in school for a consulting company and found out two days ago I'm cut from the project because the State Dept denied my clearance. I'm frantically applying to everything on usajobs.gov. Chance the company I signed with will have a non-security project for me, but unlikely. Have solid summer internships, but no work experience. Nothing but consulting firms are hiring people without 1+ year of related experience, and all the consulting firms require clearances. No job.
