We may have an opening soon in Tallahassee. Its a support position for Document Management software.

Requires:

- Basic SQL knowledge, if you can write a select and update query you have enough SQL knowledge. Knowing Oracle is a huge plus (the guy that left was 'the oracle guy').
- Active Directory experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot in Xp, Vista, Server 2000/2003 environments. Knowing Novell, Groupwise or Lotus notes is nice too.
- Speaking French is a huge plus as we support the government of Canada.

Its a level 2 support job, all troubleshooting is done via phone/e-mail or remote sessions... no traveling. Pays ~$30,000-$50,000 depending on skillset.
