I came into the online industry through an up and coming website similar to Monster/Career Builder. The two founders also started a tech recruiting company for Northern and Southern California.

At the moment I'm not sure what they are looking for but if you have any experience in the industry I know they recruit for major companies in LA (eHarmony, Mahalo, ect) I can ping and ask them what they need if there is any interest.

Sorry--I know that's really broad but I used to recruit everything from CTOs to Flash/AS guys.

What are the websites to use these days to find open roles? I'm unemployed for the first time in 15 years and have a decent network to tap but nearly all of them that have a current opportunity that falls within my wheelhouse have a hiringi freeze.

Glassdoor seems like the best out of the obvious sites?
