Opening: I am looking for a customer support / light QA person. Your job would be 1st line support, customer relationships, and (mostly) functional QA. Tech support experience is great, light SQL experience is nice but not required. This is for a small company in Chicago, and this is an entry-level job. You will get paid though, I'm just the head nerd and this is a real, profitable company that has been around for years.
