Job 1 - I am in the early stages of looking of a PPC/Search Marketing Specialist. Our agency is located in Austin, Tx. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2-3 years of PPC experience, preferably more. Familiarity with website analytics (GA, Omniture, etc) a plus. Professionals only, unfortunately we do not have time to train this time around. Running your mom's $50 adwords account for her dog grooming business is not what we are looking for.

Job 2 - We are looking for immediately fill a role for an SEO and/or Social Media Marketing specialist.

On the social side: Having a facebook account does not make you an expert. We are looking for someone with decent skills, is bright, and has at least a basic understanding of the integration social media and business. Being a twitter shitter does not mean anything to us unless you can clearly articulate what the ROI would be to a potential client. We recognize that this is a new field so a smart person with a good understanding of the universe and a limited resume will still be considered alongside someone with a more extensive "professional" background.

One the SEO side: Looking for someone with some experience. We have signed contracts and we need to hit the ground running. Experience working with big companies (and the horrors that go along with that) a preference, but not a requirement. A passion for the field is a must. You will need to grow into a client-facing position with a year or two, but that is not a requirement at the outset.

PM for details.
