Need a job, have IT help desk experience Location New York City. My education I'm taking the final 3 credits of a BA in English (concentration in writing) at Hunter College this fall, after work hours. My work experience I have a few years of IT Helpdesk experience at a law school. Typical IT stuff, I'm pretty good at it at this point. I'm also familiar with a/v equipment from both the law school job and a previous job as an a/v technician. What I'm looking for Based on my experience, a tech support job seems ideal, but I'm open to other options that I'd qualified for as well.
