Does anyone have advice for getting back into shape for football? I played when I was younger, but gave it up and picked up smoking cigarettes instead. So now, my stamina is pretty well hosed and I'm not so strong on my feet. It's pretty embarrassing when your younger brother absolutely clatters you in a fair challenge while doing one-on-ones at a local park. Basically, I'm still faster than he is so I want to be able to do that longer and I want to be strong enough to stay on my feet when he goes for a tackle, and then kick the little bastard in the shin before he gets up. So tips? Exercises and drills or something?
