Just started a new job as an Accounting Manager and the person who was supposed to train me quit on my third day with less than 30 minutes of ‘training’ under my belt just days before deadlines. Took a look at her old work and it’s so poor it’s indistinguishable from sabotage. Extremely tempted to cut my losses and quit, this seems like about the biggest red flag possible.
