If you're interested in doing graphics work, we (Caustic Graphics) have a number of openings in a bunch of areas (hardware, software, QA). We're located in San Francisco and were recently bought by Imagination Technologies (iPhone/Dreamcast GPU folks) so we're not really a startup anymore but the environment is still very startup-like. We'd really like to get someone with some recent SSE optimization experience to fill one of those Performance Engineer positions right now.
