I have extensive experience contributing and modifying Django. Including (but not limited to): the ORM (I did multiple database support), the admin (list_editable, readonly_fields), forms, and other components. I offer discounts if you're willing to open source the modifications. I realize this probably isn't applicable to most shops, but if you need it
