CUVs come with seating for 7 ( well 5 adults and 2 kids). The reason I bought a cuv and not a minivan though is that I think the Sienna is the only minivan with AWD. AWD is important to people and not really found on minivans.

I drive tons rental cars. The v6 Impala has been the best (the new model not the limited) except is is "floaty" I don't know exactly how to describe that but sometimes I feel like I'm floating off the road. The Altima is tied for best after that imho.
