He's got that same speech pattern as that Chef John guy. I don't like listening to it so I only watch Doug when he's got something super interesting. Like that 91 civic he had recently.

Another one has this huge lifted Tundra and he’s like 5’10. It looks like he would need a trampoline to get in.

I just don’t get it.

Side curtain airbags probably helped a lot there. My step-mom was t-boned in heavy fog by a semi. But no side airbags and her head smashed into the side window killing her.

While that may be true, the market trend in north America has the majority purchasing autos, regardless of the earlier manuals superiority. It very much seems that manuals are an enthusiast dominated market in the US at least.

What caused that sharper jump for CVTs in 2006? I'm assuming a Toyota due to market share.

I was thinking about how the charging infrastructure plays into what cars I see in Santa Fe. I'm not sure how feasible it is if you're one of the rich tourists who road trip here to drive a fancy ev. It's expanded versions of cruise and radio controls really. Now we got cars with multiple cruise modes with speed and distance settings. Radio controls need a hands free button, answer/end call, etc.

That steering wheel has fewer buttons than others.
