As much as I like RDR, the one thing I will forever hate about that game is its complete retarded cover system. Any cover system that sometimes does not allow me to draw my gun is loving stupid and should not be in the game. Make it perfect, or take it out. I can't tell you guys how many times I've come out of cover to fix it, and because the out of combat walking controls are horrendous, I've walked around like I have buckets on my feet, only to be shot in the back of the head. I am pretty sure that's not how a lasso worked. Are you holding LT? Even after 30 hours with the game I still don't know if you need to, but it hasn't done me wrong yet.
