Definitely itching for a modular, I have a ton of VIP points to put towards it. Going to get either the hotel or wait for the new one if it's cooler than the hotel. I haven't bought one since the diner.

I got a friends polybag because it comes with a floating otter but only one, might need to grab another. There's a different otter in a $10 city set and the A Frame house.
