Yeah, I just assumed Omega was a program or machine as opposed to an AI or robot. Seeing Omega once before hand, especially a fairly impactful glimpse, would have given this reveal more oomph. Like this thing we know little about, and what little we do know is that it’s scary powerful, and it was here talking with the other characters the whole time!

And Omega has similar hosed up eyes like Zimmy, so there has to be some kind of link. Like a failed clone or something. Omega did mention manipulating minds, and Zimmy & Gamma have some kind of mental link, so could be another sign of something.
