hey, curbcheck! ed norton sucks!
Great thread! I've been a composer for a while now and just started really getting into EDM. I'm making mixes weekly and continuing to gently caress around in ableton. Still a newb, but I think I have potential!

My latest work is "The Japanese Dinosaur," using samples of the Japanese national anthem and a tiny, wind up dinosaur my friend brought me from Japan.

I look forward to hearing everyone's stuff! This is a great spin-off of the "post your sketches" thread.

Just finished uploading a couple tracks to soundcloud. I have a project called the disconnect which can best be described as instrumental/ambient, but I don't like to say ambient as much because that makes it seem slow.

I recommend listening to Singularity first to get an idea of the tracks.

I just remembered I bought you EP a few months ago. Again, good stuff!

Does anyone take part in the soundcloud meetups? I co-run the meet in Boston, and we decided to make it monthly rather than the official seasonal session. I've found it's very difficult to get people to come out, even though it's an amazing way to network and get quality direct feedback on your sounds.

I'm glad this thread is still going, I haven't been on in almost a year... My sound has changed dramatically as my influences grow and production chops increase.

I've also been on a huge juke binge lately and created an alias called Kerman Hain.
