I'm pretty happy with 1&1. I get the bandwith I'm paying for, the service is okay and there are very few technical problems. Stay the gently caress away from Vodafone. Everyone I know who is with them hates it. The service is garbage and you only get a fraction of the bandwith you are paying for.

I haven't checked India for a while because it's super dead, but whatever, they also found their way and it was a comfortable posting environment for a long while which I don't regret. Oh poo poo indiablo.de (I think it was just diablo2.de back then) was my first forum too! I got so many warnings for "spam" from the off-topic forum mods... Took me a few years to discover inquake and instarcraft, those were actually kinda similar to SA.

Private renting owns when the landlords are a the members of a hosed up rich family who don't talk to each other. My grandfather rented a house with a HUGE yard from the late 60's up until his death last year and they never increased his rent from whatever it was in the 60's. They didn't even double it when we switched to the Euro. And he was supposed to pay utilities but he never paid a cent in his life so I guess they paid that too. When he died one of his friends sent them a super low ball offer (like 40% of what they could have gotten on the market) and they accepted without even talking to him once. All my landlords ever did was to try to gently caress me out of my Kaution  . We clearly need more rich landlords who don't give a gently caress.

If you want to make the whole process as easy as possible you probably want to buy autoflowering seeds (usually just called auto on the seed sites). They will just grow and flower on their own and you don't have to mess around with grow lights.
