I actually learned the rules so I could offer it at the casino I was running at a Post-Apoc event. Actual old-timey gambling game Faro was way more popular. Caravan's not too bad, and the post-apocalyptic ccg aspect is a really cool and flavorful design conceit. It seems like its relatively shallow but I haven't sat down and gamed it out.
