I can't make a suggestion for B class, but after my first few races online I realized that I needed to completely change my tuning strategy. Maximizing wheel upgrades only helps in A+ where the cars have lots of horsepower. For classes F through C it seems and you really need to focus on horsepower before upgrading tires, if at all. B is probably more of a middle-ground. After I went back switched my tires for engine upgrades on my lower class cars, I instantly jumped into at least competing for the top 5. I still suck and don't win, but at least I feel competitive.
