That isn't actually good I respect your opinion and kind of see where you're coming from, but I think you're probably thinking about it a bit too much. It's a pretty apt and harmless marketing campaign, and it's not as if Nike is marketing products in pre-World War I Germany, so I probably wouldn't worry too much about the "militarism" of football fans.
