I know the feeling, but I think lazerbot's on to something here. The darkness of the cave, y'see, is symbolic of the darkness that lurks in every soul, which the trolls have allowed to overwhelm them. Luigi and the viewer had to venture into the darkness in order to fully understand it, and then conquer it :eng101:

Wile E. is easily the most levelheaded of the bunch--definitely a coyote who takes whatever life has to offer and rolls with the punches (of the suicidal pig in relationship trouble who has just discovered his terrifying new powers of necromancy). Perhaps, after the Road Runner, he realized just how unhealthy his obsessions had become?

Also, for some reason, in my mind's ear he sounds a lot like Joel McHale.

Hey, I legit like the 1967 Casino Royale! Not that it's not excruciatingly terrible as a film, but it's great as a sort of extended fever dream featuring Peter Sellers.
