Amazing web site if you're doing a lot of video work. For a flat $70/month - the cost of one clip at Shutterstock - you get access to a HUGE library of stock footage and After Effects templates. Most of it is quite good, it's well organized, and they keep adding more.

One more for motion graphics: ae.tutsplus.com, LOTS of good After Effects tutorials, mostly free. More graphics oriented than Video Copilot.
