I still remember being stuck at Styx and being unable to return and get the item I needed and should have had from way way back with no real indication I needed it. I probably missed something obvious since I was a kid, but it was pretty frustrating. Otherwise it was pretty good about making most things either clear enough if you looked around, or better to return for.
